ATS•US-2000 PHARMACEUTICAL CORNER LINE
for small boxed product

As seen in Packaging World Magazine, this automated system eliminates expensive sleeves, shrink or inner cartons by placing a paper or plastic band around a bundle of small boxed product.

The system takes a single stream of product from the in-feed conveyor. The pusher then moves the accumulated boxes 90° into the ATS Ultra Sonic Banding Machine. The stack gets banded with paper or poly film to complete the bundle.

Available in several versions. Fully automated or semi-automatic feeding for QC inspection.

The 1 x 6 configuration seen in this photo decreased the number of operators, increased the bundle quality and reduced energy and material costs by eliminating shrink wrap.
